Ingredients
- 1 cup masala vada batter mix (or 1 cup urad dal flour + 2 tbsp rice flour)
- ¾ cup water
- ½ medium onion, finely diced
- 1 whole green chili, minced
- 2 cups neutral oil for frying
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
