Ingredients
- 1 cup potato, boiled and mashed
- 12 count wonton wrappers
- ½ cup tamarind chutney
- 4 count green chilies, whole
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 2 cups neutral cooking oil, for frying

Spoon 1 tbsp potato filling onto each wonton wrapper corner, fold into triangle, and press edges to seal.
