Ingredients

  • ½ lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 whole lime (juiced)
  • 1 whole avocado
  • ½ cup salsa verde
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • ½ whole jalapeño
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

    Chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.

    Pour lime juice over shrimp and stir. Let sit 5 minutes until shrimp turns opaque and firms up.

    Dice avocado and fold gently into the cured shrimp with half the salsa verde.

    Pile tortilla chips on a plate or board. Spoon shrimp mixture over chips.

    Drizzle remaining salsa verde over top. Garnish with sliced jalapeño and cilantro.

    Serve immediately while chips are still crispy.
