Ingredients
- 2 pieces naan or pita bread
- 150 g feta cheese
- ½ whole lemon
- ¼ cup fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or mint)
- ¼ medium red onion
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- ½ tsp za'atar or dried oregano

Crumble feta into a bowl. Add juice of half a lemon and 2 tbsp olive oil. Whisk until creamy and spreadable.

Arrange naan on a sheet pan. Broil 3–4 inches from the flame for 2 minutes until edges are golden and puffy.

Spread whipped feta over each warm flatbread. Thinly slice red onion and scatter over the top with halved cherry tomatoes.

Tear fresh herbs over the flatbread. Sprinkle with za'atar or oregano and a pinch of fleur de sel. Drizzle with olive oil.
