Crispy Ghee Dosa with Chili Oil

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups store-bought dosa batter (frozen or fresh)
- 3 tbsp ghee
- ½ tsp red chili flakes
- 1 small yellow onion, sliced thin
- ½ cup coconut chutney (store-bought or fresh)
- 1 tbsp sambar powder
Instructions

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high. Lightly brush with ghee.

Pour 1/3 cup batter onto the hot surface. Spread with the back of a spoon in a thin circle, ~8 inches across.

Drizzle ghee around the edges and scatter sliced onions on top. Cook until the bottom turns golden and crispy, ~2 minutes.

Fold the dosa in half or roll it. Transfer to a plate.

Mix sambar powder with remaining ghee and chili flakes. Drizzle over the warm dosa.

Serve immediately with coconut chutney on the side.
