Ingredients

- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves), crushed
- ¾ tsp red chili powder
- 1 whole lemon
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
