Ingredients

  • 8 biscuits refrigerated biscuit dough (1 can or tube)
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

    Flatten one biscuit between your palms, then place a cube of mozzarella and a pinch of minced garlic in the center.

    Fold the dough around the filling and seal by pressing the edges together, then roll gently into a ball.
