Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 whole eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
