Ingredients

  • 8 cups frozen phyllo cups (store-bought)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

    Whisk eggs, condensed milk, vanilla, and water in a bowl until completely smooth and pale.

    Divide the custard evenly among the 8 phyllo cups, filling each about three-quarters full.

    Microwave all 8 cups on high for 2 to 3 minutes until custard is set but still slightly jiggly in the very center.
