Ingredients

  • 8 sheets phyllo sheets, thawed
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 whole eggs, large
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp salt

    Press each buttered sheet into a muffin cup, letting edges ruffle above the rim.

    Whisk eggs, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth and light.
