Ingredients
- 6 piece phyllo tartlets (store-bought, pre-baked)
- 3 piece egg yolks
- ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter, for drizzling
- ½ tsp fresh lemon zest (optional garnish)

Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth and pale.
