Ingredients

  • 6 piece phyllo tartlets (store-bought, pre-baked)
  • 3 piece egg yolks
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter, for drizzling
  • ½ tsp fresh lemon zest (optional garnish)

Instructions

    Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth and pale.

    Pour custard filling into each phyllo tartlet, filling to just below the rim.

    Drizzle each tart with a tiny dot of melted butter on top.

    Microwave all 6 tarts together for 2 to 3 minutes until custard sets but jiggles slightly in the center.

    Let cool 1 minute, then carefully remove from molds onto a serving plate.

    Dust with lemon zest if desired, then serve immediately with cappuccino.
