Ingredients
- 6 count corn tortillas
- 6 oz chorizo, casing removed
- 1 count avocado
- ½ cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1 count lime
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 count radishes, thinly sliced

Heat 0.5 inch neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

Fry tortillas one at a time until golden and crispy, 60 seconds per side. Drain on a paper towel.

In the same skillet, brown chorizo over medium-high, breaking it into small pieces, until no pink remains, 4–5 minutes.

Slice avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a small bowl. Mash lightly with a fork and season with salt.

Squeeze lime juice over the avocado, then stir in half the cilantro and a pinch of salt.

Spread avocado on each tostada, top with chorizo, cotija, radish slices, and remaining cilantro. Serve immediately.
