Ingredients
- 1.25 lbs cooked carnitas or pulled pork
- 6 count radishes, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 4 count green onions, chopped
- 8 count flour tortillas (6-inch)
- 1 count lime

Toss radishes with vinegar and a pinch of salt. Set aside to pickle while you cook.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 1 minute.

Add carnitas in a single layer. Don't stir for 3 minutes until the bottom edges turn golden and crispy.

Toss the pork and cook 2 more minutes until edges are caramelized and some pieces look crunchy.
