Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen edamame (in pods)
  • 3 tbsp chili crisp
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ whole lime
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Add frozen edamame and salt; cook without stirring for 3 minutes until pods start to blister.

    Stir the edamame and cook 2 more minutes until pods are golden and lightly charred.

    Add garlic and stir constantly for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Remove from heat and stir in chili crisp until everything is coated.

    Squeeze lime juice over the top and serve immediately.
