Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ¼ lb chorizo, casings removed
- 6 count corn tortillas
- 1 cup oaxaca or mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ count onion, diced
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeños with brine
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Heat a large skillet over medium-high until a drop of water sizzles immediately.

Add ground beef and chorizo, breaking up with a spoon until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.

Stir in diced onion and cook until softened, about 2 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
