Ingredients
- 1 lb squid, cleaned and cut into rings
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cups neutral cooking oil
- 2 whole lemon wedges, for serving
