Ingredients
- 1 lb squid, cleaned and sliced into 1/4-inch rings
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic clove, minced
- 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
- 2 cups neutral oil for frying
