Ingredients

  • ¾ lb beef chuck or sirloin, thinly sliced or shredded
  • 3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 whole lime (juiced + zested)
  • 6 whole corn tostadas
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add beef, breaking into bite-sized pieces, and cook until no pink remains and edges brown, ~8 minutes.
