Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 24 count wonton wrappers
- 2 count hard-boiled eggs
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Brown ground beef with onion, salt, and pepper in a skillet over medium-high, breaking up with a spoon, ~4 minutes.
