Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 8 oz ground beef
  • ½ medium yellow onion, finely diced
  • 3 stalks scallions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions

    Mix flour with 0.5 cup water and a pinch of salt until a shaggy dough forms.

    Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks, ~5 minutes.
