Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh or frozen tortellini
  • 1.5 cups Alfredo sauce
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

    Boil salted water in a large pot over high heat, then add tortellini.

    Cook until tortellini floats and edges are tender, about 3 minutes for fresh or 4 for frozen.

    Drain tortellini, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water, then return to the pot.

    Pour Alfredo sauce over tortellini and stir over low heat until coated, thinning with pasta water if needed.

    Stir in half the Parmesan, then divide between bowls and top with remaining cheese.
