Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups orzo pasta
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it foams, ~1 minute.

    Add orzo and toast, stirring often, until edges just turn golden, ~2 minutes.

    Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, then cook uncovered until orzo is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed, ~10 minutes.
