Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (any short shape)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup heavy cream

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes; reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.

In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat and cook minced garlic 30 seconds until fragrant.
