Ingredients
- 1 crust frozen pie crust (9-inch)
- 1 lb crawfish tails (thawed if frozen)
- ½ medium yellow onion
- ½ medium bell pepper (red or green)
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1.5 tsp Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 400°F. Dice the onion and bell pepper into 1/4-inch pieces.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper, cook until softened, ~4 minutes.

Add crawfish and Old Bay, stir for 1 minute until fragrant, then pour in cream and simmer 2 minutes.

Pour crawfish mixture into the pie crust. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and filling bubbles at edges.
