Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp whisky (optional)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1.5 cups fresh raspberries
- ¼ tsp salt

Toast oats in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until golden and fragrant, ~4 minutes.

Pour toasted oats onto a plate to cool for 2 minutes.

Pour cold cream into a bowl. Add honey, whisky, and salt.
