Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp whisky (optional)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups fresh raspberries
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

    Toast oats in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until golden and fragrant, ~4 minutes.

    Pour toasted oats onto a plate to cool for 2 minutes.

    Pour cold cream into a bowl. Add honey, whisky, and salt.

    Whip with an electric mixer or by hand until soft peaks form, ~2 minutes.

    Fold cooled oats gently into whipped cream until just combined.

    Divide cream mixture among 4 serving glasses or bowls.

    Top each with raspberries. Drizzle any remaining honey over the top.
