Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • ½ cup chocolate sauce
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a large bowl using an electric mixer or whisk.

    In another bowl, beat cream cheese, Biscoff butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

    Fold the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture in two additions until no streaks remain.

    Divide half the crushed Biscoff cookies among four serving cups or glasses.

    Spoon mousse over cookies, then top with remaining crushed cookies and toasted walnuts.

    Drizzle chocolate sauce over each cup and serve immediately, or chill up to 4 hours.
