Ingredients

  • ½ cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 8 whole Lotus Biscoff cookies
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

    Whip heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.

    Blend Biscoff spread, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and thick.
