  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¾ cup parmesan, finely grated
  • 2 tsp black pepper, freshly cracked

    Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining the spaghetti.

    Crack black pepper into a large skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add cottage cheese and 0.5 cup pasta water to the skillet, stirring until smooth.

    Toss in the hot spaghetti and parmesan, adding more pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
