- 1 block (14 oz) silken or soft tofu
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 large stalks scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 small handful bonito flakes or seaweed snack (optional but strongly recommended)
