Ingredients
- 1 block (14 oz) silken tofu, chilled
- ¼ cup dashi or kombu stock, cold
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp mirin
- 2 whole scallions, sliced thin
- ¼ cup bonito flakes (katsuobushi)
