Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls
  • ¾ cup strong brewed black tea, cooled
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 piece boba straw (wide straws for pearls)

Instructions

    Pour cooled tea into a tall glass. Add condensed milk and stir until fully dissolved and color turns caramel.

    Pour in whole milk and stir gently to combine. The drink should look pale brown and creamy.

    Add ice cubes to fill the glass about three-quarters full. Stir briefly to chill.

    Spoon cooked tapioca pearls into the glass, then drop in the boba straw and serve immediately.
