Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • ¼ cup hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls (boba)
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (honey, agave, or simple syrup)
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Whisk matcha powder with hot water in a small bowl until smooth and frothy, ~30 seconds.

    Pour matcha into a tall glass. Add milk and sweetener, then stir to combine.
