Ingredients
- 1.5 oz aged rum (dark, 1-2 oz)
- ½ oz light rum (white, 0.5 oz)
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz orgeat syrup (almond)
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 cup ice (crushed or cubed)
- 1 set orange slice + cherry (for garnish)
Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add aged rum, light rum, lime juice, orgeat, and orange bitters.

Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds until the outside of the shaker frosts.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

Skewer a cherry and orange slice on a cocktail pick. Rest it across the rim and serve immediately.
