  • 2 slices bread slices
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened

Instructions

    Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

    Butter one side of each bread slice generously.

    Place one slice butter-side down on the hot skillet. Layer cheese slices on top.

    Top with the second bread slice, butter-side up.

    Cook for 3–4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.

    Flip carefully and cook the other side for 2–3 minutes until golden and cheese is fully melted.
