Ingredients

  • 8 whole large eggs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp white vinegar
  • ¼ tsp paprika for garnish

Instructions

    Boil water in a pot, add eggs, and cover. Remove from heat and let sit 10 minutes.

    Transfer eggs to ice water and let cool 5 minutes, then peel under cool running water.

    Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a small bowl.
