Ingredients

  • 8 whole large eggs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp white vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Boil a pot of salted water. Gently add eggs and boil for 10 minutes.

    Transfer eggs to ice water and let cool for 5 minutes, then peel.

    Slice each peeled egg in half lengthwise. Scoop yolks into a small bowl.
