Ingredients
- 1 package (2 sheets) frozen puff pastry sheets
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coarse sugar (optional, for topping)
- ¼ tsp fleur de sel or finishing salt (optional)

- 2
Mix cinnamon and granulated sugar in a small bowl. Brush both pastry sheets with melted butter, then vanilla extract.
- 3
Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered pastry. Press gently so it sticks.
- 4
Starting at one short end, tightly roll each pastry sheet into a log. Slice each log into 4 spirals (8 total).
- 5
Place spirals cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with coarse sugar and a pinch of salt if using.
