Ingredients

  • 1 sheet (9x10 inches) puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 whole egg (for egg wash)

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Lay puff pastry on a clean surface. Brush with melted butter until fully coated.

    Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over buttered pastry.

    Roll pastry tightly from one long edge into a cylinder, then slice into 8 equal pieces.
