- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup chocolate chips

Beat in 2 eggs one at a time until fully incorporated. Heat 1 inch of oil in a deep skillet to 350°F. Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe 4-inch strips into the hot oil.
