- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly butter four 6-oz ramekins.

Combine butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
- 3
Whisk eggs and sugar in a bowl until pale and thick, about 2 minutes.
- 4
Fold chocolate mixture into eggs until just combined. Fold in flour, salt, and vanilla.
- 5
Divide batter evenly among ramekins. Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are set but center still jiggles when gently shaken.
