Ingredients
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 whole large eggs
- 2.5 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 425°F. Butter 4 ramekins or a microwave-safe mug and place on a baking sheet.

Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.

Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and thick, about 2 minutes. Fold in melted chocolate until combined.

Sift flour over the mixture and fold gently until no streaks remain. Divide evenly among ramekins.
