  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream, divided

    Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and sugar in a small bowl until no lumps remain.

    Beat the egg with a fork, then fold into the dry mix until a smooth batter forms.

    Divide batter between 4 microwave-safe mugs or small ramekins, filling each halfway.
