Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats (old-fashioned rolled)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

Instructions

    Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium until shimmering, about 60 seconds.

    Add oats and stir constantly, toasting until fragrant and light golden, 3–4 minutes.

    Pour in honey and cocoa powder, stirring until every oat is coated and no dry cocoa powder remains.

    Spread on a sheet pan to cool and crisp up, about 2 minutes.

    Break into clusters once cool, then fold in freeze-dried strawberries.
