Ingredients

  • 2 packs (100g each) frozen acai packs
  • ½ cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • ¾ cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, or mixed)
  • ½ cup granola
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup

Instructions

    Chop frozen acai packs into chunks and place in a bowl.

    Pour almond milk over acai and stir vigorously for 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.

    Fold in half the frozen berries, leaving some whole for topping.

    Divide acai between two bowls and top with granola, remaining berries, coconut, and a drizzle of honey.
