Ingredients
- 2 packets (100g each) frozen açai packet (unsweetened)
- ½ cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 1 whole ripe banana
- ½ cup granola
- 1 cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- 1
Pour 0.5 cup of almond milk into a blender with both frozen açai packets and 1 banana, broken into thirds.
- 2
Blend on high speed until the mixture looks thick and smooth like soft-serve ice cream, about 90 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
- 3
Divide the açai mixture evenly between two bowls, using a spatula to scrape every bit from the blender.
- 4
Arrange 0.5 cup of fresh berries on top of each bowl in a loose circle around the edge.
- 5
Sprinkle 0.25 cup of granola into the center of each bowl, pressing gently so it stays in place.
- 6
Scatter 1.5 tablespoons of coconut flakes over each bowl in an even layer.
- 7
Drizzle 0.5 tablespoon of honey over each bowl in a thin zigzag pattern, then serve immediately.
