Ingredients

  • 200 g acai puree (unsweetened frozen)
  • ½ cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • ¾ cup granola
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

    Add acai puree and almond milk to a blender. Blend until smooth and thick, about 30 seconds.

    Divide the acai mixture between two bowls, creating a flat, even surface.
