- ½ cup store-bought vanilla frosting
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 12 count lollipop sticks or pretzel rods
- 1 package black sprinkles or edible marker (for eyes)
- 1 sheet parchment paper
