Ingredients
- 4 medium crisp apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), cored
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ¾ cup sliced almonds, toasted
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice

Slice each apple into thin rings, about 1/8 inch thick. Discard the core pieces. Toss with lime juice to prevent browning.

Arrange apple slices on a large baking sheet or platter in a single layer, overlapping slightly.

Scatter white chocolate chips evenly over the apple slices. Place under a broiler on high for 2–3 minutes until melted.
