Ingredients

  • 4 medium crisp apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), cored
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. 1

Slice each apple into thin rings, about 1/8 inch thick. Discard the core pieces. Toss with lime juice to prevent browning.

  2. 2

Arrange apple slices on a large baking sheet or platter in a single layer, overlapping slightly.

  3. 3

Scatter white chocolate chips evenly over the apple slices. Place under a broiler on high for 2–3 minutes until melted.

  4. 4

Remove from broiler. Sprinkle toasted almonds over the melted chocolate while still warm.

  5. 5

Drizzle caramel sauce generously across the nachos. Mix cinnamon and honey, then drizzle over the top.

  6. 6

Serve immediately with Greek yogurt on the side for dipping.
