- 1 lb strawberries, fresh
- 8 oz chocolate (dark or milk), chopped
- ½ tbsp coconut oil or butter

Pat strawberries dry with a paper towel. Leave stems on if present.

Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between, until fully melted and smooth.

Hold a strawberry by the stem or with tongs and dip into chocolate, rotating to coat three-quarters of the berry.

Place dipped strawberry on a parchment-lined plate or sheet. Repeat with remaining strawberries.
