Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberries, fresh
  • 8 oz chocolate (dark or milk), chopped
  • ½ tbsp coconut oil or butter

Instructions

    Pat strawberries dry with a paper towel. Leave stems on if present.

    Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between, until fully melted and smooth.

    Hold a strawberry by the stem or with tongs and dip into chocolate, rotating to coat three-quarters of the berry.

    Place dipped strawberry on a parchment-lined plate or sheet. Repeat with remaining strawberries.

    Refrigerate until chocolate sets, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately or store covered up to 4 hours.
