Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds winter melon, peeled and cubed
- ½ pound boneless chicken thighs
- ¼ pound shrimp, peeled
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 piece ginger, 3 slices
- 1 serving salt and white pepper to taste
- 2 stalks scallions, sliced
